Is it possible to denote the time spent on each note. For example, if the tie is 4/4 each “cell” can hold 4 quarter notes, or 2 half notes, 1 whole note, or even triplets.

It's a bit odd, but for some reason nat really enjoys spending her free time on a laptop (ideally with a coffee and a cat) rather than 'going out' or 'having fun'!
