You’re right, i don’t do many new/pop songs, that’s because i don’t really know them! I’m nearly 30 and usually listen to metal or electronic music, and do this as a hobby in my free time, so i hope you understand that’s why I tend to post older / well-known-by-all songs.
A great place to find music notes to newer songs is here: http://flutersmusic.blogspot.co.uk/ -i’m not sure if they have the songs you’re looking for, but it’s definitely more modern and poppy, good luck!

Hi Carrie, I haven’t seen Coco yet (can’t wait!) but checked out the song on youtube and it’s really lovely 🙂 I’ll do my best to try and work out the letter notes, at least to the English part at the start – I have a feeling it’ll be extra difficult to work out the notes to words in another language haha Thanks for your suggestion! nat

I’ve not heard of any of them before, but have done some googling and:
– The first 3 tunes, whilst lovely, don’t have lyrics which means i’m not sure how i’d present the letter notes! I’ve wanted to do other lyric-less songs before (Fur Elise, Star Wars / Mario themes etc) but just listing off the letters without any timing information seemed like it would be confusing, open to ideas though!
– The ‘Soggy Bottoms’ one (from ‘O Brother Where Art Thou’?) was really cool, i’ll certainly listen to it again and hope to get to know it well enough to get the letter notes for you 🙂
– The Civil Wars songs – when two people are singing at the same time it can be extra tricky to try and work out! I did some googling and there are some guitar/piano renditions available on Jelly Note which could be worth checking out: https://www.jellynote.com/en/artist/the-civil-wars/678766/albums
